For paid services and subscription plans:

• Prices and conditions will be described on the page or specific contract of the contracted service;
• Payments may be processed through third-party gateways partnered with HPS;
• Automatic renewals, where they exist, will be communicated in advance;
• Cancellations can be made at any time, respecting any specific contractual deadlines;
• Refunds follow the product's specific policies and applicable Brazilian legislation (Consumer Protection Code, when applicable).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HPS shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure or fortuitous events;
• Third-party content or services linked to our services.

This limitation does not affect rights guaranteed by law, especially those provided by the Consumer Protection Code when applicable.

The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).
