Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, installing, or using the Voyage app, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the app.

HPS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and run Voyage on personal devices tied to your account. Your trip data is yours. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to your account or Pro subscription;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code;
• Automate or scrape the app or its backend APIs;
• Use Voyage for illegal travel activities or to evade border / immigration law.

4. Subscription and billing

4.1 Plans

Voyage offers a free tier with core trip management features and an optional Voyage Pro subscription (monthly and yearly) that unlocks unlimited trips, AI itinerary generation, the AI travel guide, offline-map auto-sync, and Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Calendar sync.

4.2 Processing

All subscriptions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). HPS does not process payments directly and does not store card or banking data.

4.3 Auto-renewal

Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4.4 Prices

Prices are shown in your local currency on the paywall screen and may vary by region. Applicable taxes are collected according to local legislation and your store account configuration.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) per their respective policies. HPS SOFTWARE does not process refunds directly for subscriptions purchased via the stores.

5. AI-generated content disclaimer

Voyage's AI features (itinerary generation, booking-email import, and the in-trip AI Guide) produce suggestions based on the prompt and trip context you provide. AI-generated output:

• Is for informational purposes only;
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information;
• Should be verified before any irrevocable booking, safety decision, border crossing, or meaningful expense;
• Is NOT a substitute for official navigation apps for turn-by-turn driving directions — Voyage uses Map SDK routing, not AI, for live navigation.

You are responsible for verifying trip details before travel.

6. Navigation and safety

Voyage's in-trip mode provides step-by-step guidance, offline maps, and an activity sequencer. You remain entirely responsible for:

• Driving, walking, or cycling safely, with attention to your surroundings;
• Following local laws and traffic rules;
• Verifying flight times, check-in windows, border requirements, visas, and documentation directly with providers (airlines, hotels, consular authorities).

7. Affiliate disclosure

Voyage shows affiliate links for flights, hotels, and activities via Travelpayouts. When you tap an affiliate link and complete a purchase on the partner's site, HPS SOFTWARE may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay. You always complete purchases on the partner's site — Voyage does not sell travel services directly. You will see a disclosure dialog the first time you tap an affiliate link.

8. Account

Account creation requires only a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. User content

The data you enter in Voyage (trips, steps, notes, messages to the AI Guide) is yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited, strictly technical license to store, sync, and process this data as necessary to provide the service. In group trips, shared content is visible only to members you invite.

10. Intellectual property

The Voyage app, including its design, code, brand, logo, and interface, is owned by HPS SOFTWARE LTDA. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Voyage — it does not transfer any rights to the software itself.

11. Availability and changes

We intend to keep Voyage available indefinitely but reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app, wholly or in part, at any time. Material changes will be communicated in-app with at least 30 days notice.

12. Warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPS SOFTWARE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Inaccurate AI-generated output;
• Trip delays, cancellations, or schedule changes;
• Data sync failures during offline use;
• Third-party partner actions (airlines, hotels, booking platforms, affiliate providers);
• Temporary unavailability of third-party services (Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, Sentry, Microsoft Graph).

HPS's aggregate liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount you actually paid in Voyage subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account, which cascades the deletion of associated data as described in the Privacy Policy. HPS may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms — particularly the misuse clause (section 3) or any illegal use (section 3). Termination does not create a right to refund for subscription periods already charged.

14. Privacy

Data processing is described in full in the Voyage Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Brazil's LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais) applies to our processing of personal data.

15. Support

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Passo Fundo — Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, where HPS SOFTWARE LTDA (CNPJ 47.172.959/0001-78) is registered, except where applicable law (e.g., consumer-protection statutes) mandates a different forum in favor of the user.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app with at least 30 days notice. Non-material changes (clarifications, wording fixes) take effect upon posting on this page.
